The Consumer Product Safety Commission has recalled more than 560,000 children's pajama sets and sleepers that are commonly sold at Target stores throughout Connecticut and the country.
According to a release from the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, the pajamas can cause burn injuries to children.
The product was at Target store locations and Target.com from August to October 2012.
"It's important that families know about this recall, and for children's safety, return these items to the store for a refund," Commissioner of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection William M. Rubenstein said in a statement Wednesday. "Flammability protection on children's clothing is a fundamental safeguard intended to protect children from burns."
