COLCHESTER, CT (WFSB) -
Route 2 west was closed in the area of exit 20 in Colchester after a crash was reported Tuesday morning.
Few details about the crash have been released, but officials said a LIFE STAR medical helicopter was called to the scene to bring someone to a local hospital.
It's unknown how many vehicles were involved in the crash, or how many people were injured.
The highway was reopened a short time after LIFE STAR left the scene.
No other information was released.
