BRISTOL, CT (WFSB) -
The Bristol Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating the man responsible for an armed robbery at pharmacy Saturday night.
According to police, a man entered the Walgreens on Farmington Avenue and told the store clerk that he had a gun and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot down Farmington Avenue, police said.
The suspect is being described as a white male, who is about 5'11" and weighs 170 pounds with brown hair.
During the robbery, the suspect was wearing a dark blue puffy coat, dark-colored baseball hat, gray-colored hooded sweatshirt, jeans and white sneakers.
The robbery remains under investigation by the Bristol Police Department and anyone with any information is asked to call police at 860-584-3011.
