Norwich man accused of exposing himself to female jogger

NORWICH, CT (WFSB) -

The Norwich Police Department arrested a 21-year-old man, who is accused of trying to abduct a woman after exposing himself to her while she was jogging at a local park.

According to police, David J. Rose of Norwich exposed himself to a teenage female jogging in Mohegan Park Friday at 2:40 p.m.

Following an investigation by police, Rose was arrested and charged with unlawful restraint, breach of peace, public indecency and violation of probation. 

Rose was since been arraigned and is scheduled to appear again at Superior Court in Norwich on Feb. 8.
