The Norwich Police Detective Division said they arrested a homeless man who was in possession of approximately 24 grams of heroin.
Aaron Moore, who is also known as Natural Perfection Be-Allah, was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell and risk of injury to a minor.
Police seized the heroin along with $100 and a 2001 Cadillac during the arrest.
Moore is being held on a $100,000 bond and is expected to be arraigned at Superior Court in Norwich Friday morning.
