Taylor Greenberg’s Cookies are Delicious and Healthy

 Chocolate Chip Avocado Banana Cookies (Makes 24 Cookies)

Ingredients:

· 2 ripe bananas

· 1 ripe avocado

· 1/4 cup olive oil

· 1/4 cup honey

· 1 tsp. of vanilla extract

· 2/3 cup ground flax seed

· 1 tsp. cinnamon

· 1/2 tsp. salt

· 2 cups of quick oats

· 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts

· 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

Directions: 

· In a large mixing bowl, add the bananas, avocado, olive oil, honey, and vanilla, mix over medium speed until bananas and avocados are mashed

· Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a dough forms and all ingredients are evenly mixed together

· Place rounded teaspoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet

· Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

· Let cool for another 15 minutes and enjoy!

Gluten Free Chewy PB& Honey Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Makes 3 dozen)

Ingredients:

· 1 cup of natural crunchy peanut butter

· 1/4 cup of dark brown sugar

· 1/4 cup of honey

· 1 tsp. of baking soda

· 1 egg

· 1 3.5oz bar of dark chocolate (at least 65% cocoa) chopped into chunks

Directions:

· Combine all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl

· Place rounded teaspoons of cookie dough on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet

· Place in a 375 degree oven for 7 minutes

· Let cool and enjoy!
