PHOENIX (CBS5) -
Police have arrested a 31-year-old Phoenix man who claimed he had "consensual sex" with a 14-year-old girl.
According to the police report, the victim's mother recorded a conversation with Jordan Ross Hall where he allegedly admits to having had what he called consensual sex with the victim when she was 14 years old.
Chandler police said the now 15-year-old victim said she was sexually abused between September and December of 2012. The report said Hall acted in a mentoring role in the early stages of his relationship with the victim.
Hall, who is married, was arrested Thursday at his work on 11 counts of sexual abuse. Police said Hall got a lawyer and would not comment.
