New Haven police make second murder arrest

NEW HAVEN, CT (WFSB) -

Police in New Haven said they have made a second arrest in the murder of a 29-year-old man.

Officers said they were approached by a 17-year-old who told them he was sought in the murder of Lonnie Star.

Last week, police arrested and charged another 17-year-old in the same case.

Starr was shot near a housing complex on Level and Lodge Streets last week.
