A 600-foot motor tanker has run aground at low tide in the area of the New Haven Harbor Monday night.
United States Coast Guard officials said there is no major damage to the tanker. And even though it was carrying a full load of gasoline, there was no leak.
Once high tide comes, the vessel is expected to be able to get loose; however, Coast Guard officials said it could have been worse.
