Kung Pao Chicken Taco
Chicken is slow roasted with tomatoes, peppers and spices. After roasting, the chicken is shredded and grilled with truck-made Hoisin sauce and roasted peanuts. Chicken is placed in a corn tortilla and topped with our cabbage and carrot Asian slaw.
