Agawam firefighters respond to garage fire - WFSB 3 Connecticut

Firefighters battled a garage fire shortly before 12 p.m. on Saturday.
The fire occurred in a detached garage off of Silver Street.
Initial alerts said there were chemicals inside the structure, but firefighters told CBS 3 there was nothing more than gasoline and other items typically found inside a garage.
The department said their quick work kept the blaze from being much worse.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
There were no injuries to residents or firefighters.
