A 27-year-old man arrested Monday in connection with the vandalism of Nashville mosque has agreed to plead guilty, according to the local district attorney.
Kyler A. Wilson will agree to plea at a later date to two years probation on vandalism charge with $1,000 restitution to the Al-Farooq Islamic Center on Fourth Avenue South.
The case will still go to grand jury criminal court, which will occur in about two months.
Police said Wilson climbed through a window of the mosque and went room-by-room.
Items damaged include windows, tables, a water cooler, a vending machine, microwave and the windshields of two hearses parked outside.
