A woman from East Hartford has been arrested after police said she used stolen credit cards to go on a shopping spree.
Police said Celeste Harris, 31, was arrested after an investigation into the fraudulent use of credit cards in the Hartford and Vernon area.
According to officials, the stolen credits cards from people in Maryland.
Another arrest has been made in connection to the case.
Harris is now being held on a $350,000 bond.
She's due in Rockville Superior Court on Tuesday, Feb. 19.
