Recipe of the Week: Egg in a Nest

Eggtastic in a Basket

Ingredients

    1 Medium Egg

    Sliced Bread

    1/2 Tbsp Sharp Cheddar Cheese**optional

Directions

    Butter Bread on both sides

    Slice a 1X1in whole into the center of the bread   

    Place on pan on medium heat

    crack egg into center of bread, cook for approx. 2 minutes and flip.

    Sprinkle Cheese on top (optional*)
