MIDDLETOWN, CT (WFSB) -
A construction worker was not seriously injured after live wires fell on his vehicle and trapped him inside Monday morning.
Few details have been released, but officials said the incident occurred after the worker hit a pole on Round Hill Road.
The pole fell on the wires and caused the worker to be trapped inside for 30 minutes, officials said.
Once the worker was out of the vehicle, he was taken back to the Department of Public Works.
No other information was released.
