Banana Cream Pudding Cupcakes
Put 1 1/2C. crushed Nilla wafers
2 1/2tsp baking powder
1tsp salt in a bowl
1/2 C (1 stick) butter
3/4 C sugar beat until light and fluffy
2 eggs add one at a time until blended
1 tsp vanilla, ¾ C milk
Add nilla/flour mixture to butter mixture alternating with milk
Begin and end with nilla mixture
Divide batter into muffin cups
Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes
Cool completely. Fill with Banana Cream filling and top with whipped cream.
