NORWICH, CT (WFSB) -
A man died after an one-car crash on Route 97 in Norwich near Pleasure Valley Trailer Park on Tuesday afternoon.
Witnesses told Eyewitness News that the crash occurred near the Scotland Road and involved a green GMC Yukon. Witnesses said the driver of the vehicle was ejected.
The accident reconstruction team and Norwich police remain on the scene.
People are being advised to avoid the area.
Police said the victim is man in his 30s and not from the Norwich area. However, police are not releasing the victim's name at this time.
There were no other passengers in the vehicle, police said.
The cause is under investigation by police.
