
The manager of a store in the Rockville section of Vernon was arrested after police said he was selling synthetic marijuana out of the business.
Officers from the East Central Narcotics Task Force were called to the Rockville Mart on Union Street Thursday after reports of "narcotic activity."
During their investigation, officers seized the following items:
Masood Fariduddin, 25, of Wethersfield was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of narcotics as well as possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school, narcotics not in original container, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of weapon in motor vehicle.
Fariduddin, who is the manager of the Rockville Mart, is being held on $10,000.
