Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Suite 400, Larkspur, California, 94939, announces that he has acquired, through and on behalf of K&M Douglas Trust, Douglas Family Trust, James E. Douglas III, and Douglas Irrevocable Descendants Trust, 9,630,200 common shares of SilverWillow Energy Corporation ("SilverWillow"), which represents approximately 16.99% of the total common shares outstanding. The common shares were acquired pursuant to a plan of arrangement. Kevin Douglas, through and on behalf of the four entities, may purchase or sell securities of SilverWillow in the future on the open market or in private transactions, depending on market conditions and other factors material to their investment decisions.
