Connecticut Gov. Dannel P. Malloy and Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman are hosting a second community forum to discuss state issues with residents.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., at New Britain High School. It will be held inside the Anthony Tercyak Lecture Hall at 110 Mill Street. Doors open at 6:15 p.m.
Malloy held a similar event last week in Middletown, where the Democrat answered questions on a range of topics including gun control, education and his proposed slashing of the local property tax on vehicles.
Additional dates and locations for other community forums will be announced as they're scheduled.
Malloy has attended more than 30 such events over the past two years, focusing on the state budget and education reform.
