A juvenile driver is believed to have been intoxicated when he drove into a water line at a McDonald's restaurant in Glendale on Monday night.
Glendale police said the driver and his juvenile passenger were both under the influence when the driver jumped the curb by the drive-in and hit and broke the water line about 10 p.m.
A police spokesman said the care had been in an earlier accident and he called the incident "stupid driving."
The McDonald's is at 68th Avenue and Camelback.
