PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Sex crimes detectives arrested a Portland man at the airport Wednesday on suspicion of drugging women and sexually assaulting them.
Marlin Pohlman had just returned from a trip to Thailand when he was taken into custody at 12:20 a.m.
Detectives said Pohlman drugged women he knew, and they have identified four women who said they were victimized by him.
Police served a search warrant at Pohlman's home in the 7100 block of North Chase Avenue later Wednesday.
Inside the home, police said they found a possible drug lab, and investigators from the drugs division have now responded there to process and seize evidence.
For now, Pohlman is being held in the Multnomah County Jail on charges of first-degree kidnap, first-degree rape, first-degree sex abuse, causing someone to ingest a controlled substance, third-degree assault, first-degree attempted rape, third-degree sodomy, reckless endangerment and harassment.
Pohlman's bail has been set at $2 million.
Detectives said they're worried Pohlman may have additional victims. Anyone with more information is asked to call Detective Tracy Chamberlin at 503-823-0400 or tracy.chamberlin@portlandoregon.gov.
