Arson ruled cause of Andover fire

ANDOVER, CT (WFSB) -

Connecticut State Police are now calling a fire that broke out in Andover a case of arson.

The fire broke out last Monday at a home on School Road.

After the fire, police then issued a Silver Alert for 16-year-old James Baver, who disappeared immediately after the fire.

Troopers in Virginia caught up with Baver after a lengthy high-speed chase.

Baver will be sent back to Connecticut to face a judge.
