EAST HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -
An officer from East Hartford has faced a judge after being accused of using online records to spy on his ex-girlfriend.
Investigators are accusing Juma Jones of using the system to access information about the woman.
They said they discovered that after Jones was arrested for a domestic incident in January. He was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
Jones, who is currently on administrative leave and being investigated by internal affairs, appeared in Hartford Superior Court on Tuesday morning and his case was continued until April 14.
