WNEM has received word of a fire at an apartment building in Owosso.
The fire started around 11 a.m. at the structure, located at 819 East Comstock St. The building is near the intersection of Oakwood Avenue.
The fire is believed to have started in an upstairs apartment. Residents were evacuated from their apartments and everyone made it out safely. Some of those residents are being transferred to other housing options for the time being. No injuries occurred.
The building suffered minor damage.
