People living in Windsor Locks will meet Wednesday night to discuss ways to silence a noisy neighborhood.
The federal government is providing funding to buy soundproof windows and doors to block the noise coming from Bradley International Airport.
However, not everyone will get aid.
Only neighbors whose homes are in a zone where air traffic reaches a certain amount of decibels will get the help.
The meeting is happening at the Bradley International Air Museum at 7 p.m.
