Town and city leaders from around the state will be in Hartford Wednesday to discuss how Gov. Dannel Malloy's proposed budget would impact their local budgets.
Mayors and other city leaders will also hold a news conference.
They will be talking about how the cutbacks would affect their property tax rates, mill rates and municipal service.
The event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. at the state capitol.
