A 4-year-old boy is in stable condition at the hospital after he was pulled from a pool in Phoenix on Friday afternoon.
Phoenix Fire Department spokesman Larry Nunez said emergency crews were called to the 3000 block of East Calaveros Drive about 2:30 p.m. for a reported drowning.
Nunez said it is believed that the boy was in the water for approximately four minutes.
There was no fence around the pool, according to Nunez.
