Police looking for 3 men involved in home invasion in New Hartford

New Hartford, CT (WFSB) -

The Connecticut State Police is searching for three masked men who robbed homeowners in New Hartford at gunpoint.

According to police, a man returned to his home in the 300 block of Main Street around 11:30 p.m. Sunday and was approached by three men, police said.

Police said the man was "forced into his residence" where the suspects took "multiple electronic devices and two long guns."

The suspects sped off toward Route 44 in Canton, police said.

The homeowner was not seriously injured, police said.

The home invasion remains under investigation by state police and anyone with any information is asked to call 860-824-2514.
