The warden of the state women's prison in Niantic is promising to re-evaluate security measures after a prisoner escaped over the weekend.
Lori Beyus broke out of York Correctional Institute on Sunday after leaving an area that wasn't completely fenced in.
She was eventually caught along Interstate 95.
Two other women escaped form the facility in January, and the warden said it's time to look at whether something needs to be done.
Beyus was sentenced in January to more than four years in jail for robbery and other crimes.
