After a night of nasty storms all throughout the area, the severe threats are gone and we're shaping this Friday into a beautiful day. A lingering morning shower will give way to more and more sunshine as the day moves forward, the only damper on the day will be the wind. We'll have constant winds around 10-15mph from the west today, with gusts up to 30mph. Over the weekend, winds die down to a light breeze with plenty of sunshine, temperatures in the mid 70s Upstate and upper 60s in Western N.C. towns. Have a great weekend everyone!
