More rain is headed to Mid-Michigan and that could cause more problems for areas that are already flooded.

TV5 Meteorologist Ted Phaeton's forecast calls for temperatures to reach into the 50s on Wednesday but increasing clouds will lead to afternoon showers on Wednesday that will continue into the overnight as winds come out of the East at about 10 mph. Temperatures will drop into the lower 40s Wednesday evening with winds holding steady. Thursday we'll flirt with that 70-degree mark but will likely see thunderstorms and heavy rain throughout the day, dumping anywhere from 2 to 4 inches across our region, keeping much of Mid-Michigan under flood watch through Friday.
