Stamford police said a bomb threat forced officials to evacuate the Superior Courthouse Monday morning.
Police said someone called the courthouse before 11:30 a.m. and said a bomb was set to go off somewhere inside around 4 p.m.
Officials immediately evacuated the facility and investigators were called in.
The incident is being investigated by the Stamford Police Department as well as Connecticut State Police.
No other information was released.
