Easy Stuffed Bread


1 pre-made pizza dough

1 8oz bag of shredded mozzarella

1 pepperoni stick

1 onion

1 box frozen spinach

Garlic powder

Parmesan cheese



Take pizza dough out of refrigerator in the morning and let rise on counter all day.

Grate a stick of pepperoni.  Remove outer casing first.

Drain spinach.

Saute chopped onions in pan with olive oil until soft.  Add spinach.

After fully risen (dough should be doubled in size), stretch out dough to size of a large cookie sheet or square pizza pan.

Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over dough.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and garlic powder over top.

Add spinach and onion mix evenly over cheese.

Add grated pepperoni over top evenly. 

Start rolling dough until you have a log.

Place log with the seam down onto the pizza pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350* until bread is nicely browned.

Let rest on counter for 15 minutes as it will be very hot.

Slice and serve!!


*You can substitute crumbled sausage for pepperoni and also frozen broccoli for spinach!!
