Recipe of the Week: Oreo Cheesecake Cookies

Oreo Cheesecake Cookies


½ cup unsalted butter, room temp

3 ounces cream cheese, room temp

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup flour

½ cup mini chocolate chips

1 cup crushed Oreo's (about 10)

Parchment paper



Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper

Crush the oreos until they are fine crumbs (already done)

In a mixer, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth

Add sugar and vanilla and mix

Mix in flour and stir in chocolate chips with spatula

Scoop out the dough and put in your hands and roll into a ball

Then roll the dough ball into the Oreo crumbs, cover well

Place on cookie sheet and repeat until dough is gone

Bake for 12-15 minutes (may need longer depending on the size of the dough balls)

Remove from oven when edges are getting browned
