2 (15.8oz) field peas w/snaps - rinse and drain 'em
2 (11oz) white shoepeg corn - drain 'em
2 (10oz) diced tomato & green chilies
1 (14.5oz) diced tomatoes
5 green onions - dice 'em
1 (16oz) ZESTY italian dressing
2 cloves of garlic - mince 'em
1 TBSP finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill the night before the game. Pack it in the cooler and eat it with corn chips or tortilla scoops.
