NEWINGTON, CT (WFSB) -

DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines is opening a new location in Newington Wednesday, and if you're one of the first 30 people in line when the eatery opens at 10 a.m., you'll get free subs for a year.

Those lucky people will each receive 52 free sub certificates, and restaurant officials said 10 more people will be chosen at random at the end of the week and will also be given the certificates.

According to its website, DiBella's began in 1918 as a corner grocery store located in Rochester, NY. Since then, a total of 32 stores have popped up in New York, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio and Connecticut.
