If your dad is the outdoorsy-type, he's in luck this Father's Day weekend. The cold front bringing damaging wind to the Upstate and mountains Thursday evening has moved off the east coast, leaving us with much nicer weather. Temperatures are back to average in the mid 80s, sunshine has returned, and best part is that the winds are now out of the northwest, bringing us less humid air. Overnight temperatures this evening will drop lower than they have been, due to clear skies and lower humidity levels. Expect overnight lows to be in the low 60s for the Upstate, and 50s for the mountains. Saturday continues in this beautiful trend, with highs in the low to mid 80s, more sunshine, and very comfortable humidity levels. Sunday we'll start to feel a little more sticky, consistent temperatures in the low-mid 80s, and a few passing clouds could spark a late day shower in the mountains. Happy Father's Day weekend to all the dads out there!
