A man wanted in a murder and seven other shootings was arrested on Friday in Hartford by federal, state and local departments.
Donald Rayner, 27, of Hartford was charged with the 2007 shooting death of Delano Gray, along with the attempted murder of seven other people in Hartford in 2007 and 2008.
The unsolved homicide of Gray had been featured on playing cards sold to prison inmates through the Department of Correction and the Office of the Chief State's Attorney.
Information was received through the program which features unsolved murder and missing person cases on the cards.
Rayner is being held on $18.75 million bond and will be arraigned in Hartford Superior Court on Monday.
