Former teacher sentenced in Sprague 'sexting' case

New information has been learned about a former teacher in Sprague accused of sending inappropriate messages to a student.

Robert Pfeiffer, 31, of Hebron, has been sentenced to fives years of probation.

Officials said he is not required to register as a sex offender.

Police said starting in 2009, he sent text messages about a sexual relationship to a 14-year-old girl at the Academy of the Holy Family.
