A Clinton man is due in court Monday morning after police said he tried to get people to provide a breath sample to start his car.
Kenneth Palifka, 67, was arrested last month at the Clinton Town Marina.
Police said Palifka's car has a court-ordered locking device, which requires an alcohol-free breath sample to start the ignition.
