HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

A East Hartford man, who has filed a lawsuit against Aaron Hernandez after he said the ex-Patriot shot him, appeared in court Tuesday on unrelated charges.

Alexander Bradley claims Hernandez shot him at outside a nightclub in Florida.

He said he was shot during a dispute in the head and that he has now lost his right eye.

Bradley was arrested in April for third-degree assault, third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

He appeared at Hartford Superior Court on Tuesday morning on those charges.

Bradley is out on bond.
