HAMDEN, CT (WFSB) -

Police in Hamden are looking for the man they said used a stolen credit card at an Target store in Orange.

Around 5 p.m. Monday police said they were called to a Hepburn Road home after getting word of an armed street robbery.

The investigation by police said that a relative of the homeowner was attempting to get into her vehicle in the driveway when a man approached her with a gun.

The suspect, who is described as a black man between 18 and 25 years old and standing around 5'11" wearing a black shirt and hat, grabbed her purse and ran.

About two hours later, the victim's credit card was used at a Target in Orange.

Anyone with information about the man is asked to call police.
