MILFORD, CT (WFSB) -

The Milford Police Department is searching for a man who robbed a fast food restaurant at gun point Monday night.

An unidentified man, who was wearing a knit ski mask and was in possession of a handgun, entered the Subway in the 600 block of Bridgeport Avenue around 9:15 p.m., according to police.

The man went behind the counter and demanded an undisclosed amount of money from the clerk, while pointing the handgun, police said. He fled the store in a gray, "newer-style" Honda-type motor vehicle, investigators said.

Police said the man was wearing a black T-shirt with a skeleton on the lower left part of the article of clothing as well as cargo shorts, black sneakers and a watch.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the Milford Police Department at 203-878-6551 or by clicking on its website and going to "crime tips."
