A rock was painted in honor of the people involved in the East Hartford crash.
EAST HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -
Two brothers were killed after a rollover crash in East Hartford Monday morning.
A green BMW was discovered on the front lawn of a home in the 300 block of Forest Street at 4:15 a.m.
Robert Swain, 18, of East Hartford, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Landrew Swain was taken to Hartford Hospital where he died a short time later.
Landrew Swain and Robert Swain are brothers.
An unidentified 20-year-old man was taken to Hartford Hospital where his condition is unknown.
An unidentified 18-year-old man was taken to St. Francis Hospital as a precaution.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by police.
Mayor Marcia Leclerc released a statement on the crash Monday.
"As the Mayor of this community our hearts are heavy for the loss of these young men," Leclerc said. "Our thoughts and prayers are with their family and we stand ready to ensure that our community has the professional support needed to grieve."
