Cleveland Police sign arrest warrants for murder of innocent bystander

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
Cleveland Police have now signed aggravated murder arrest warrants on two brothers wanted in connection with the shooting death of an innocent bystander.
James Swindler III, 20, died Sunday after getting shot in the stomach in the 10500 block of Columbia Avenue on the city's east side. He was standing on the porch when he caught got in the gun battle.
The preliminary investigation revealed that Carvin Catron B/M/22, 6' 2" 180 lbs., and Jonathon Catron B/M/24, 5'8" 155 lbs., were involved in an exchange of gunfire.
Carvin and Jonathan Catron are brothers and considered armed dangerous.
