19 Action News Gets Action: Arrest in racist vandalism on west side

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

19 Action News Gets Action for a young mother whose home was targeted by racist vandals.

Jules C. Blyer has been arrested and charged with ethnic intimidation and criminal mischief after allegedly spray painting a racial slur on a West 127th Street home. 

The victim, Brittney, tells 19 Action News that ever since she moved into the home last week, certain neighbors had shouted racial slurs in an attempt to scare her and her 2-year-old daughter, Ceinna, away.

Charges are possible against others as the investigation continues.
