People looking for those extra large sugary drinks in the Big Apple will likely get what they're looking for.
CBS New York is reporting that an appeals court has upheld a ruling that struck down New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg's plan to ban large sugary drinks.
CBS New York said the ban was enacted by the city's Board of Health last year and applied to both bottled and fountain drinks.
