WOODSTOCK, CT (WFSB) -

A plane crashed into a cornfield in Woodstock Sunday afternoon, however, no one was seriously injured, according to authorities. 

After the crash, the unidentified pilot called the Federal Aviation Administration to report the crash, authorities said.

Firefighters, state police and Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection were called to the scene.

DEEP officials said fuel was spilled after the crash, which will be cleaned up once the scene is released.

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash.
