Police investigate Hartford bank robbery

HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

Hartford police are searching for a man accused of robbing a bank in Hartford Wednesday morning.

An unidentified man entered the Citizens Bank, located at 190 Trumbull St., around 9 a.m.

The suspect handed the teller a note and indicated that he was in possession of a gun, police said. However, police said he never displayed a weapon.

The suspect fled the bank with an undetermined amount of money, police said.

No injuries were reported, police said.
